What the Academy coordinates
Coursework preparation, educational objectives, readiness documentation, assessment expectations, and communication with the site require agreed responsibilities.

Help prepare the next generation of neurodiagnostic technologists through conversations about supervised clinical education.
Clinical affiliation responsibilities are agreed between the Academy and each participating site. The following discussion framework is not an executed agreement or a promise of available placements.
Coursework preparation, educational objectives, readiness documentation, assessment expectations, and communication with the site require agreed responsibilities.
A potential site reviews supervision capacity, permitted learning experiences, safety orientation, site policies and the feedback process before accepting students.
EEG discussions may involve electrode measurement, signal acquisition and patient interaction. IONM discussions may involve operating-room conduct, monitoring equipment and supervised workflows. Actual activity requires approved supervision.
A coordinator conversation identifies the pathway, available supervision and clinical needs. The parties then review objectives and an appropriate written agreement. Inquiry does not establish an affiliation.

The Academy will route the inquiry to its designated clinical partnership contact. Coordinator assignment and response process require owner confirmation.
